An evening out

Our kitchen is being redone at the moment, which means we have nowhere to cook and most of our meals are eaten on our laps. We’ve gone out to eat more than we usually would and on wednesday night we found ourselves in a very nice pub!

The outside of the pub was amazing (although I didn’t get the chance to take photos)! Flowers surrounded the building and there was a sign in the car park leading to the “secret beer garden”.

We went inside and we were greeted by the very friendly staff and we were led to the back, where the conservatory was. The decor was very shabby chic and bunting covered the ceilings. I love places like this, so we will definitely be going back!

There was a board where they had pinned up comments from visitors next to where we sat and all the comments were so positive. I loved all the chairs since none of them matched and I thought it made the place so unique.

There was plenty on the menu for vegetarians (which is always a good sign) and I ordered a homemade pizza! When it came out I was amazed at how big it was and how tasty it looked. Luckily, it tasted just as good!

My sister ordered the chicken burger, which was massive and was presented so nicely! My parents ordered the sausages and mash and all of us had nothing but good things to say about it!

Thank you for reading! Have any of you eaten out recently?
